The excellence of all our products is the result of respect and care to preserve the environment where we work, because that is where our olive trees and vines grow and it is also on that land that our animals graze.

For this reason we have decided to use photovoltaic power for all our requirements, integrating it with the power obtained from recovering energy from biomass. We have also decided to treat the waste of the olive press through phyto-purification and use the manure from our animals as natural fertilizer so that nothing can spoil the purity of the environment that surrounds us.

Thanks to these measures, taking care of our environment becomes the most natural thing in the world.
